Also you will notice Kung Fu movies on this site as well. What does this have to do with Blaxploitation? Well, the more action packed Blaxploitation films did not just street fight. Oh no.....they thought they were Kung Fu Masters. Chinese martial art movies gave a sense of invincibility to these actors. Seeing how cool it was to be a masterful fighter, why not just integrate this with Pimpin', Hustlin', Jive Talkin' and Pam Grier? Blax-Pride!!!

This would have to be Carter Wong's best work in a kung fu flick. I can't think of anything else Carter played in (besides maybe The 18 Bronzemen) that was nearly as entertaining as Born Invincible. Lo Lieh, the Long bros, Lung Fei....All the classic fighters here as well.
Good post
Highly entertaining... from the martials sequences to the hysterical overdub of Carter Wong in which the state it is due to his "Tai Chi" training. The only thing is that the overdubs misidentify Iron Armor training for Tai Chi. But other than that a cool fun movie!
